What we collect

When you explicitly opt into The Escape Manifest, we store your email address, signup time, consent version, unique VIP ticket number, referral code, and referral relationship if you used a friend's link. The system stores a one-way hashed network identifier for abuse protection, not your raw IP address. Old rate-limit records are cleared during later signup activity after 24 hours. We do not ask for payment, real name, address, or password.

Why

We use the information to keep the launch update list, prevent duplicate entries, measure referrals, and optionally email you game-launch updates when sending is configured. We do not sell subscriber data. Joining never buys a festival ticket.

Who can see it

Your unique VIP boarding-pass number and referral link may be shared by you. Our actual subscriber total and email list are accessible only through a protected owner dashboard. Your email is not displayed publicly.

Unsubscribe and delete

Save the private management link shown when you join. Open it later to remove your email and associated waitlist record immediately. If your link is lost, contact the site operator using the same channel that shared the game with you to request manual help. We will need to verify that you own the email before deleting it.

Retention

We intend to keep your signup until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever is earlier, unless a legal requirement applies. We may delete inactive data earlier. Signing up does not mean we can guarantee a launch date.

Hosting

The site and its database run on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Information may be processed and stored outside your country, as the Sites platform does not offer data residency controls at launch.
